Fix It 24/7 is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and grow our residential HVAC service department in Charleston, South Carolina.

This is not a maintenance management role—we are looking for a leader who knows how to build a winning service team, drive revenue, develop technicians, and create an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians

• Drive revenue growth through technician training, accountability, and performance management

• Monitor key performance indicators including average ticket, conversion rates, maintenance agreements, and overall department profitability

• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to improve technician performance

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and service quality

• Collaborate with operations leadership to achieve company goals and growth initiatives

• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising an HVAC service team

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, repairs, and customer service

• Proven ability to drive revenue and improve technician performance

• Experience coaching technicians on customer communication, solution-based selling, and service excellence

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with Service Titan is preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
