Business Support Officer (Fixed term FT/Hybrid)

Job Description

Tasks include but not limited to: 

  • Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes, providing excellence in customer and client service;
  • Accurate referral data entry and maintenance of client files in HMS case management system(s);
  • Support teams with customer interactions as required;
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier orders;
  • Liaison with building management and external contractors to coordinate office cleaning and repairs; maintaining a safe and clean work environment. 

Qualifications

  • Well-organised with a high attention to detail;
  • Logical thinking for IT systems and IT savvy
  • Deadline-driven with a good work ethic; 
  • Willing to learn new skills and show initiative in a busy work environment;
  • Friendly and enthusiastic team player;
  • Customer service focussed.

A certificate in office administration is desirable with proven experience in administration support to a team. You will be offered flexibility, and the opportunity to grow your career within the Cogent Thinking business.
