This is a Warehouse Operative - temporary worker conversion to permanent contract.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the area you're assigned to, your daily tasks may include:

• Ecommerce order picking - selecting customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ecommerce packing - carefully packaging online orders to ensure safe delivery to customers
• Quality control - checking items for damage and ensuring perfect presentation
• Inventory management - stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Working to KPIs and deadlines while supporting your team to hit shared goals
• 40.25hrs/week on a rota
