Purpose of Role
This role serves in product development by analyzing workflows, identifying improvements, and ensuring processes are followed consistently. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient, scalable, and well-documented processes. Your work helps improve project execution, strengthen data integrity, and enhance alignment across all product development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from company systems.
- Perform data integrity checks and data cleansing.
- Develop new dashboards/reports to support product development, including automation, data mining, and analysis.
- Review and improve data collection and analysis methods regularly.
- Act as the main contact for business intelligence reports for product development.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or data management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with strong process analysis background.
- Proficient in DAX, Power BI, SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
- Experienced in data automation, data mining, and data analysis.
