Job Description
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive and optimise aftercare performance across our NSW dealerships
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities across new and pre-owned sales channels to increase product penetration
- Lead, mentor, and influence sales teams to elevate aftermarket conversion and product awareness
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer journey from initial engagement through to post-delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and implement targeted strategies to exceed KPIs
- Uphold best practice across process, compliance, and product execution
- Seamlessly adapt across multiple sites while maintaining consistency in performance and standards
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in aftermarket/aftercare sales within the automotive industry (essential)
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role (essential)
- A high-performance, results-driven operator
- Commission driven for sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multi-site operations autonomously
- A highly adaptable communicator, capable of influencing diverse teams and dealership environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced capability across CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-site role
- Professional presentation and communication aligned to a premium automotive brand

Qualifications
🔹 Role Requirements
- Full-time position across a 5-day roster, including Saturdays
- Flexibility to travel between multiple dealership locations across NSW
- Proven ability to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Open to police check
- Have your own vehicleÂ
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Can start as soon as possible
