Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Leveraging your expertise in data and automation, you will be a core contributor to the Regional Audit team. Your primary mission is to implement robust automation solutions, significantly enhance data quality, and provide critical support for all internal audits across the MSEA region. You will act as a key strategic partner, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders—including Production, Commercial, Finance, and ELS—to embed continuous improvement into all operational processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Audit & Governance
Support the Regional Auditor in executing internal audits across sites.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity across sites.
Maintain clear documentation and governance of automation tools, data flow, and audit processes.
2. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Design and implement automation workflows that streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Commercial, Finance) to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Partner with the ELS team to deliver and sustain regional improvement projects.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards (OEE, scrap, downtime, delivery).
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time clarity on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support leaders in using KPI data for decision-making.
3. Metrics & Performance Analysis
Drive initiatives that enhance data transparency and system efficiency across the organization.
Perform ad hoc analyses and respond to special requests from management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor or College degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, or workflow optimization.
Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia) to support audit and improvement initiatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
Familiarity with Google APIs and Power Query is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, BigQuery
