The Role
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Recruiter to join our global HR team. In this role, you will drive the hiring of top-tier talent across the Americas, Europe and APAC and help us build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company’s growth and success worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.
- Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company’s mission, values, and employee experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.
- Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and thrives in high-growth settings.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate experience skills.
