We're Hiring: Senior Mechanical Engineer

🏢 Company: Elite Waste Management & Construction
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will lead mechanical design, BIM coordination, and technical office activities across waste management and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals
- Lead BIM modeling and coordination using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Support site activities, installation, and troubleshooting
- Review junior engineers’ work and ensure quality compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience (3+ years in a senior role)
- Strong proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
- Experience in MEP, construction, or waste management systems is a plus
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
