Role Overview The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, conducting quality calls, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and clients. The role also includes handling client concerns and following up on payments when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
• Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards are met
• Handle client complaints and solve conflicts professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments
• Keep records of client communication and feedback
• Report client concerns to management when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service / Client Relations / Account Management preferred
• Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Ability to follow up and track tasks accurately
• Attention to detail, time management, and professional attitude

Benefits

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including one-hour break)
• Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays
• Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
