- Participate in system upgrades, testing, training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Promote IT best practices and ensure solutions align with compliance (e.g., SOX) and governance standards.
- Provide guidance to business teams on SAP capabilities and best usage of system features to optimize performance and user experience.
Qualifications

- Sound understanding of core business processes, especially Order to Cash (pricing, invoicing, delivery, credit management) and Procure to Pay (vendor payments, GL/AP integration).
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Proven experience in business process definition, solution design, documentation, and training.
- Working knowledge of integration with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Vistex, Model-N, E2Open, Zuora RevPro, or other cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Experience in creating functional specifications and working with ABAP and technical teams on custom developments.
- Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or SAP analytics tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Revenue Recognition (e.g., Zuora RevPro or SAP RAR) and Consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights).
- Experience working in a multi-system ecosystem, integrating SAP with multiple third-party platforms.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOX, GDPR, and IT governance practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in a business systems analyst or functional consultant role supporting SAP SD and/or FI/CO.
