The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be responsible for helping our clients generate new business opportunities and build sales pipeline.

You'll learn how modern technology companies grow, develop world-class sales skills, and gain exposure to senior decision-makers across international markets.

Through our structured Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy, you'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

Many of our top performers progress into senior sales, account executive, and leadership roles within a few years.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research high-value companies and decision-makers
  • Engage senior executives through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for international SaaS and FinTech clients
  • Book meetings and product demonstrations with C-level stakeholders
  • Participate in customer conversations and go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and business strategy
  • Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback

Requirements

Completed university degree

2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience advantageous)

Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence engaging with senior business leaders

High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition

Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate

South African citizen
