The Account Executive is a quota‑carrying Field Sales role responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory of named or high‑potential regional payer accounts. This role owns strategic account planning, consultative selling, and end‑to‑end execution of complex sales opportunities, including new logo, expansion and cross‑sell motions. The Account Executive operates with significant autonomy, applies judgment across ambiguous and multi‑stakeholder deals, and acts as the primary orchestrator of internal resources to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
### Key Responsibilities
At PointClickCare, base salary and commissions are among the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US on target earnings range (base salary + commissions) for this position is $153,900 - $171,000 + benefits. Our ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
