POSITION OBJECTIVE :

The position objective of a Senior Financial Analyst is to provide accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making, participate in raising debt financing for projects, improve financial performance, and ensure effective financial planning and control.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.

2. Evaluating capital expenditure and investment proposals.

3. Assist in structuring debt deals and execution processes, including financing documentations, until disbursement.

4. Monitor existing loan portfolio, covenants compliance and relationships with financing partners.

5. Assis in drafting commercial terms in legal agreements with operating partners.

6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

7. Support strategic planning and business case evaluations.

8. Participate in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

9. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

10. Collaborate with department heads to support financial performance.

11. Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.

12. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

13. Assist in developing dashboards and performance tracking tools.

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 Academic:

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

 Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA are an added advantage.

 Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance. Experience with financial modeling, debt financing, forecasting, and reporting Exposure to cross-functional projects and strategic business support Experience in using ERP systems or financial software

 Skills:

 Strong financial analysis and reporting abilities

 Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

 Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

 Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

 Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

 Experience with financial software and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

 Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
