Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms to identify and address violations of community standards.
• Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action according to established policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety and trust measures.
• Analyze trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance community safety.
• Communicate clearly with users to promote awareness of safe online behavior and community guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew and English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in social media trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing online safety risks.
• Willingness to live and work in Greece.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital safety tools is advantageous.
