Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar el proceso completo de nómina (end-to-end), asegurando precisión y cumplimiento.
- Calcular la nómina y validar el correcto pago a los empleados.
- Administrar y ejecutar procesos de seguridad social e impuestos (retención en la fuente).
- Preparar, analizar y presentar reportes relacionados con la nómina.
- Gestionar la relación con proveedores asociados al proceso de nómina.
- Documentar información y soportes requeridos para auditorías y revisiones.
- Brindar atención oportuna y efectiva a clientes internos (empleados y stakeholders).
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en los procesos de nómina.
- Preparar información para cierres contables asegurando tiempos y calidad.
- Gestionar pagos a terceros (fondos, libranzas, embargos, aportes voluntarios, entre otros).
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de la nómina electrónica.
- Administrar novedades de nómina a través de plataformas internas (Workday y Workday Help).
Qualifications
- Estudios: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial.
- Experiencia demostrable como consultor de nómina, coordinador de nómina o en un puesto similar, mínimo con 3 años de experiencia en este cargo.
- Conocimiento de las normativas legales laborales y tributarias sobre empleados de nómina del país.
- Indispensable buen manejo del idioma inglés.
- Expertise en el manejo de Excel
- Skills necesarios: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, análisis y organización, orientación al detalle, iniciativa, habilidad numérica, orientación al logro.
- Opcional: Experiencia práctica con software de nómina
