What you'll do...
- Ensure that we maximize profitable room revenue through the optimization of segmentation mix, channel mix, inventory mix, and dynamic pricing strategies.
- Leverage marketplace reports such as STR, CBRE, Demand 360 etc, as well as internal trends, to present revenue and market share growth opportunities to your relevant teams
- Identify and communicate detailed opportunities per propriety (i.e. segment pace, booking window, length of stay tends, booking channel, etc.) utilizing FLYR dashboards and AI.
- Identify underperforming time periods and implement corrective action plans.
- Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented, team-focused culture.
- Support and advise on the weekly Revenue Meetings for your assigned properties.
- Emphasize the focus on maximizing business from direct channels while incorporating revenue management philosophies in collaboration with Sales, Brand, and Digital marketing leaders.
- Lead a team of property-level revenue team-members with a focus on developing their skillsets and unlocking their full potential.
- Thoughtfully review monthly property forecast per segment submissions while providing insights and guidance.
- Evaluate and support annual hotel room revenue budgets and maintain ongoing results analysis.
- Prepare property revenue team leaders for Ownership/Asset management meetings in addition to attending and contributing to the owner meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales to lead corporate negotiated, consortia, and Group strategy at a high level.
- Collaborate with Digital to lead metasearch, SEO/GEO, SEM strategy at a high level.
- Co-lead regional/brand offers planning and execution with marketing for your assigned hotels.
- Assist in ensuring that our current systems and processes meet group requirements and are utilized efficiently.
- Plan effectively for future distribution system enhancements (migrations of PMS, CRS, RMS etc)
- Maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners (Expedia, Booking.com, etc)
- Optimize rate-parity for your assigned hotels and oversee processes related to rate shopping and parity checking tools for your assigned hotels.
- Oversee channel management processes including rate loading and inventory management.
- Responsible for Revenue Management System (Ideas RMS) processes for assigned hotels. Responsible for forecast validation and daily interaction with system and the decisions produced, configuration strategies and maintenance tasks related to the system.
- Accountable for the on-boarding and training of new revenue team members as well as facilitating systems/tools trainings for existing team members as needed
- Leadership for new hotel openings and transition hotels including playing an active role with the Development team to review new business opportunities
Qualifications
What we're looking for...
- You must be technically skilled with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations. Opera Cloud PMS, IdeaS G3 RMS, FLYR BI, Accor CRS (TARS) is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in leading the Revenue Management function of multiple hotels. Prior experience in more than 1 market is required.

Base salary: $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
