Key Responsibilities
Guide new agency owners through the start-up journey, from licensing to successful business launch
Collaborate with owners to create customized strategies focused on sales, marketing, and customer retention
Offer practical support for recruiting, onboarding, and training agency staff
Track early agency performance, conduct regular reviews, and deliver targeted coaching for faster growth
Recommend operational enhancements, technology solutions, and optimized business processes
Train agency owners on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and emerging industry trends
Mentor and advise new agency owners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve long-term success
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a proactive leader with a passion for coaching and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.
2+ years of experience in business consulting, sales leadership, or agency operations
Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on results
Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing several agency partnerships at once
Insurance experience and active P&C or Life & Health licenses (required)
