Customer Support Agent (English-speaking) – North Macedonia, Remote

Remote in North Macedonia | Full-time or part-time

Join our team and help people with hearing loss take the next step towards better hearing and a better quality of life.

At GRÜN smiles, we support customers who have shown interest in booking an appointment with one of our partner hearing care specialists. Our role is to guide them through the process, answer their questions and schedule suitable appointments — always with empathy, patience and a strong focus on service quality.

This is not a sales role. There is no cold calling, no acquisition and no product support. Instead, you will be part of a meaningful customer service project where many customers are genuinely grateful for the help they receive.

What you will do

  • Support customers via phone and/or written communication
  • Help customers understand the next steps towards booking a hearing care appointment
  • Schedule appointments with partner stores
  • Communicate clearly, patiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
  • Work closely with your team to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Treat every customer with empathy, especially when communication requires extra patience or clarity

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly speaking style
  • High level of empathy, patience and customer orientation
  • Reliability and a structured way of working
  • Confidence using digital tools and customer support systems
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, appointment scheduling or a similar role is helpful, but not required

Because we support people with hearing difficulties, clear and accessible communication is especially important in this role.
