Le poste
Au Campanile Beaune, nous avons une conviction simple :
offrir plus qu’une étape, le vrai début des vacances de nos clients.
Vous évoluez au sein d’un site hôtelier regroupant le Campanile et le Première Classe, avec des équipes organisées en synergie pour gérer les deux établissements.
En tant que réceptionniste, vous êtes au cœur de cette expérience.
Vous accueillez, conseillez, orientez et contribuez directement à la satisfaction client… et à la performance des hôtels.
Vos missions
- Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité
- Réaliser les check-in et check-out avec efficacité
- Gérer les appels et les réservations
- Conseiller et vendre les prestations de l’établissement (restauration, services, options)
- Assurer la bonne transmission des informations avec les équipes
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de la réception sur votre shift

Profil recherché
- Sens du service et du contact client
- Rigueur, fiabilité et esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques
Une première expérience en hôtellerie ou accueil est un plus, mais l’état d’esprit prime.
