The Opportunity:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between HR and designated business units such as Support Functions. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational performance. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to management on human resource-related issues.

What Your Impact Will Be:

•Partner with department managers to align HR strategies with business goals

•Conduct and prepare organization talent planning sessions (9- Box and Succession Planning)

•Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and participate in interviews

•Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and discretion

•Create initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

•Conduct regular meetings with business units to assess HR needs and build trust

•Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychologist, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-4 Experience in HR roles, preferred as HRBP
  • Ability to lead and influence change.
  • Critical Thinking – Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and strategically
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaboration - Builds strong relationships
  • SHRM Certified Professional - Society For Human Resource Management
  • WORKDAY
