Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the butler team.
  • Ensure personalized service for VIP and luxury guests.
  • Coordinate guest preferences, arrivals, and special requests.
  • Train staff on luxury service standards and SOPs.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 6+ years of luxury hotel experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and English communication.
