Product Designer

Job Description

• Main Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization;
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals;
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features;
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions;
• Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Teamplayer;
• Mindset for thinking “end2end” and out of the box;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively proposing solutions improvement to Business, looking at performance / sustainability on short-, mid- and long- term solutions would be desirable.

Additional Information

This position is based in Manching, Germany.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a German Ü2 security clearance.
