What we’re looking for

  • Led or contributed to cutting-edge LLM research at top AI labs

  • Fine-tuned large-scale transformer models on datasets including code, natural language, and multimodal inputs`

  • Developed state-of-the-art models for code generation

  • Designed high-quality experiments and have strong sense for effective evaluation

  • A natural leader obsessed with building the best technical team in the world

  • Mentored team of researchers / engineers, and led collaborative projects across research, engineering, and product teams

  • Bonus: Published at top ML/AI conferences on LLMs, code intelligence, or agentic reasoning

What you’ll do

In one sentence: Build the most powerful ensemble of LLMs into lovable products.

  • Design and execute experiments grounded in real coding and product use cases

  • Define, track and optimize product-centric LLM performance metrics

  • Partner with engineering leads to hire and hone a world-class team

  • Own training pipelines, distillation workflows, and synthetic data generation systems

  • Work closely with infra and product engineers to scale and ship model improvements
