Purpose of the role:

As a Quality Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our risk management operations, working closely with our client to monitor and elevate our global quality standards. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and proactive individual who thrives on deep data analysis, uncovering critical insights, and implementing improvements that enhance our overall quality performance.

What you will do:

  • Quality & Calibration Management: Lead weekly calibration sessions and conduct ongoing audits to address new work streams or areas of concern.
  • Reporting & Remediation: Prepare and present monthly quality reports, identifying critical concerns and proposing effective remediation strategies.
  • Performance Insight: Provide feedback to Quality Analysts to correct observed errors and support skill development.
  • Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct detailed Deep Dives and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to understand and mitigate systemic quality issues
  • Issue Resolution: Audit and effectively respond to Direct Feedback challenges and clarification requests.
  • Operational Support: Manage QA Reviewer access permissions and troubleshoot QA Review-related bugs and technical issues.

Requirements

You'll be the best for this job if you have the following skills:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Fintech Risk environment (Credit, Fraud Risk)
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements while rigidly maintaining quality standards.
  • Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in using Google Sheets, Advanced Excel for complex data analysis. SQL would be a plus.
  • Quality Foundation: General knowledge of QA processes and relevant tools.
  • Work Ethic: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a proactive, autonomous approach to work.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
