Procurement Senior Specialist

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Specialist to lead and optimize our procurement operations. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process improvement to support our educational initiatives by ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and management to establish strong partnerships.
• Manage purchasing activities ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and supplier evaluation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
