Software Engineer (Frontend)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and related frontend technologies. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high quality digital products and exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

User Interface Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, user friendly interfaces while ensuring consistency across different devices and browsers.

API Integration

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring seamless communication and optimal performance.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience through modern frontend best practices.

Code Quality and Maintenance

• Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development standards.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high quality software solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, and modern frontend development practices.

• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, Ant Design (AntD), and SASS.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Good understanding of browser rendering, DOM, Virtual DOM, and web performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose.

• Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies.

• Strong debugging, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

• Previous experience working on FinTech, Banking, Payment Gateway, or Financial Services platforms will be considered a strong advantage.

• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
