Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Manage annual brand plans, budgets, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead new product development and launch activities.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to drive market share and profitability.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
-5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Management, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
-Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market trends.
-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
-Experience managing product launches and brand portfolios.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain.
-Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
-Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
