Corporate BU Controlling Business Analyst

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to prepare, analyze and report business unit results on time with transparency to rBU and BU to steer business.

Primary responsibility:

Business Steering:Prepare business unit results, transparent data to rBU's to steer the business to achieve business targets

Business Evaluation:Preparation of business case evaluation with applicable scenarios by coordinating with plant cross functional team, present the results to rBU's to enable business results

Compliance & Governance:Ensure compliance of RB central Directive & guideline to fulfil statutory requirement.

Cost Management :Define and assess cost structures by developing financial performance indicators and drive cost reduction measures by partnering with the plant team, rBU, BU's and IPN.

Key Result Areas / Indicators:

Securing Business Plan targets are met at BU level.

Evaluation of investments on localization topics to improve local manufacturing.

Ensure margins are met within the ambit of transfer price guideline on a BU level and adherence to guidelines and directives.

Rotten apple / Loss making products are discussed with RBU's at regular intervals to take business decisions.

Qualifications

Cost & management accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
 Master degree in accounting and finance (mandatory)

Additional Information

Plus 5 Year post qualification experience and 1 or 2 years plant experience
