Bar Supervisor

Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff schedules, inventory, and bar cleanliness. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years service experience within a high-volume bar environment.
• Effective communication, time management and problem-solving capabilities
• A WSET 2 or WSET 3 certification 
• Service focused personality with a passion for food & Beverage and exemplary product knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer
• Valid South Australian Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
