Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and foster professional growth. You will work collaboratively with various departments to identify learning needs and coordinate comprehensive training initiatives that align with organizational objectives. - Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and workshops across the organization
- Support the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user enrollment, and tracking participant progress
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness
- Organize and maintain training records, documentation, and compliance files
- Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth program delivery
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating new employee orientation and training activities
- Prepare training reports and performance metrics to measure program impact and ROI
- Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions
- Maintain training schedules, calendars, and resource inventories
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedback
- Support the development and implementation of employee development initiatives and career pathing programs
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or training coordination
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience coordinating training programs and workshops
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Preferred: Experience with virtual training platforms and webinar tools
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools
- Preferred: Experience with training evaluation methods and assessment tools
- Preferred: Familiarity with ADDIE model or other instructional design frameworks
