Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation to successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- A certification in project management (PMP) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
