As a Solar Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding homeowners through an important decision with confidence and clarity. This role is centered on building trust, understanding customer needs, and helping clients see the long-term value of solar through a consultative sales approach and strong partnership across the business.
Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on solar solutions, savings, and financing options.
- Conduct in-home or virtual assessments to recommend tailored systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
Requirements
- Experience with in-home closing.
- Experience conducting in-home homeowner consultations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel throughout the Harrisburg area.
- Experience in solar or roofing sales is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
