The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Carbon Laminator to join our team, delivering elite design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for some of the world’s most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
As a Carbon Laminator, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality composite components using carbon fibre materials, working from detailed engineering drawings, lay-up manuals, and technical specifications. With a keen eye for detail, you will accurately prepare, cut, and laminate materials, ensuring correct fibre orientation and precise ply placement throughout the build process.
You will take pride in producing components to exacting quality standards, carrying out visual inspections and maintaining a consistent focus on accuracy, workmanship, and continuous improvement.

Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a methodical approach to your work are essential, as is the ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high standards under pressure.

Working Hours
0600 - 1630 Monday to Thursday

Requirements
- Lay up composite material
- Lay up visual components
- Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Work to achieve production deadlines set for the department
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment which conforms to 5S Principles.
- Previous experience in a similar field is essential
