We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to join our consulting unit. This role offers a unique hybrid of deep, embedded partnership and broad strategic exposure. While your immediate focus will be anchoring a landmark ERP transformation for a key client, you will also act as a strategic advisor across our wider business portfolio, helping multiple organizations think and act better around their digital infrastructure and corporate culture.
The Context
The Anchor Project (approx. 3 days/week):
You will serve as the vital on-site strategic advisor and project coordinator for a key client’s transition to a new ERP system. Because this phase requires deep integration rather than arms-length consulting, you will be embedded with the client's team. Combining high-level strategic advisory with rigorous execution, you will ensure this transition is effectively governed and delivered within scope.
The Broader Portfolio (approx. 2 days/week):
Beyond your anchor client, you will apply your expertise across our wider consulting unit, stepping into varied business contexts to audit workflows, identify gaps in digital maturity, and guide the adoption of software like Cloud Infrastructure, CRM, and AI automation.
Key Responsibilities
To bridge existing know-how with new technological possibilities, your work will span four critical areas:
1. Project Governance & Execution
- Govern Timelines & Resources: Define, track, and manage end-to-end project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies using robust methodologies to ensure transformation projects are executed on time and within scope.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison and intermediary between the client’s teams (including non-technical business leaders), the third-party software vendor, and INTERWEAVE, translating tactical roadmaps into broader business objectives.
- Align Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with diverse specialties - including finance, logistics, procurement, and tech - to ensure the design and implementation of the new system fulfills holistic organizational needs.
2. Technical Strategy & Architecture
- Modernize Infrastructure: Analyze legacy technical bottlenecks and propose scalable, modern digital solutions that bridge the gap between old infrastructure and new digital ecosystem targets.
- Drive Solution Design: Deep-dive into complex integration, data migration, and technical architecture issues during rollout, providing actionable recommendations rather than passive status reports.
3. Change Management & Organizational Impact
- Advise Leadership: Consult on the broader organizational impact of the digital transformation, guiding the client's leadership on process optimization and strategic tech adoption.
- Champion Change: Help employees adapt to new workflows and technologies by building digital literacy and fostering a culture of continuous learning, resiliency, and proactive problem-solving.
4. Performance & ROI
- Measure Impact: Define and track concrete success metrics to measure user adoption, system performance, and return on investment (ROI) for all transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
- An engineer by heart and training: You are a structured thinker who is as comfortable analyzing and optimizing human systems as you are technological ones.
- A hybrid operator: You possess management consulting clarity paired with operational realism. You know how to translate business goals into actionable technological systems.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You can seamlessly switch contexts-from deep, embedded execution with one client to high-level, forward-thinking advisory for another.
- A strong communicator: You excel at aligning vendors, internal teams, and C-level stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
What Success Looks Like
- The anchor ERP transition is delivered with clear governance, high stakeholder alignment, and minimal operational disruption.
- You successfully translate complex technological shifts into clear, measurable business outcomes for our broader client portfolio.
- You elevate the overall capability of our consulting unit by bringing imagination, bravery, and integrity to every brief you touch.
- You proactively design solutions for strategic and operational issues before they escalate into tactical emergencies, driving continuous change and operational excellence.
