As Hostess at Casa Cook Samos, you will play an important role in shaping each guest's first impression of the dining experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm welcome, bringing calm organization to busy service periods, and supporting a polished front-of-house environment for an international guest audience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating flow throughout service periods.
• Coordinate table assignments with servers to optimize guest experience.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain a polished entrance area and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and support smooth front-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Previous front-of-house or hostess experience in a hospitality setting.
• Confidence interacting with international guests and delivering a professional guest experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, split shifts, and rotating service hours.
