THIS ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for managing complex depositary operations and reviewing work of junior officers. You will provide technical guidance and acts as a subject matter expert while independently handling sophisticated client requirements and complex transactions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- You will review complex transactions you will drive regulatory compliance and manage key client relationships
- You will oversee cash monitoring processes and provide technical guidance
- You will review Officer's 1-3 work as well as constitutional documents
- You will oversee cash and safekeeping reconciliations and prepare complex reports
- You will manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with service providers
- You will ensure regulatory compliance and review complex documentation and handle critical issues

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Law/Economics preferred) with 3–4 years’ experience in depositary/custody, audit, or fund accounting.
- Strong background in Private Equity/Real Estate with solid knowledge of depositary operations, cash safekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions, cash monitoring, reconciliations, and review of constitutional and technical documentation.
- Experience in reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members, with strong leadership and mentoring capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report preparation skills, with high attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
