General Overview:
This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities to support operational needs across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective, and compliant hiring processes while contributing to broader HR functions.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains qualified talent aligned with company standards and production demands.
Staffing & Recruiting (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens and onsite interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against job requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and external regulations
- Monitor open positions and provide regular updates on staffing status
- Support internal job posting and promotion processes in alignment with company policy
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Support employee relations by addressing associate questions and concerns
- Assist with policy interpretation and consistent application of company guidelines
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements
- Participate in events, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on HR projects such as engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practices
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible work schedule; able to support all three shift with little notice
