Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Think of yourself as the person who helps bring every project to life.
Some days you’ll be in our shop preparing materials and supporting production. Other days you’ll be out on installation sites, helping transform our clients’ homes.
Your day may include:
In the Shop / Warehouse
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing cabinetry and hardware shipments
• Inspecting materials for damage, accuracy, and quality
• Staging and preparing materials for upcoming installation jobs
• Supporting inventory counts and maintaining an organized workspace
• Assisting with production tasks such as drawers, hardware, and components
On Installation Sites
• Assisting installers with loading, unloading, and job site setup
• Moving, organizing, and preparing materials during installations
• Learning installation techniques, tools, and processes firsthand
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
• Supporting a premium “White Glove” customer experience
Qualifications

• hold a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in construction, cabinetry, warehouse work, or installations is a bonus—but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most.
