Job Description

Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of project management experience supporting Identity & Access Management initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation or modernization programs in enterprise environments.
• Hands on project management experience with Okta Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience managing third party vendors, including PM to PM coordination of tasks and dependencies.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive execution without complete information.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing Okta Identity Governance capabilities (e.g., access requests, approvals, certifications).
• Local to Tempe, AZ, with the ability to be on site twice per week.
• Experience supporting security, identity, or compliance driven technology initiatives.

3-5 Must Have Skills
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) project management
• Okta Identity & Access Management delivery experience
• IAM transformation / modernization program experience
• Third party vendor management (PM to PM coordination)
• Enterprise technology project delivery in matrixed environments

3-5 Nice to Have Skills
• Okta Identity Governance implementation experience
• Security, identity, or compliance driven technology programs
• Experience supporting MFA, access reviews, and access request processes
• Experience working with security architecture and IAM engineering teams

Shortlisting criteria
• Demonstrated IAM project management experience (not general PM only)
• Direct Okta delivery experience called out clearly on resume
• Strong vendor management and cross team coordination experience
• Evidence of operating effectively in ambiguous or evolving delivery environments.
