SIXT UK is growing rapidly with big ambitions to accelerate even further. To support this growth, we need to strengthen our management capacities. The newly established Commercial department will be key in driving SIXT’s strategy forward. You as a Project Manager will have a unique opportunity to proactively manage the UK property & facilities portfolio and lead exciting commercial initiatives within SIXT UK. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  
• You lead minor repair and maintenance work across branches, managing and appointing contractors  
• You ensure compliance and payment of business rates with local authorities  
• You manage utility contracts for all branches, ensuring timely invoice processing, accounting in P&L, and negotiate new contracts and rates  
• You oversee the health and safety contract, keeping accreditations and training up to date in all branches  
• You own IT equipment management at head office, handle repairs, and support the IT needs of the branch network  
• You manage non-motor key suppliers efficiently  

YOUR SKILLS MATTER  
• Professional Qualifications You have relevant professional qualifications with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (MRICS desirable)  
• Analytical & Strategic Skills You have excellent analytical thinking, strong strategic capability, and can act fast and tactically
