This role is part of our Estate Agency (EA) business, where our partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re dedicated to helping them thrive in an increasingly competitive market. You’ll be taking care of a diverse customer base made up of various corporate branches we partner with. Your goal will be to achieve activity, growth, retention, and partner satisfaction targets. You’ll accomplish this by understanding their needs, recommending tailored solutions, and providing outstanding value through market insight and data.
Package - £32,000-£35,000, £7,500 OTE (uncapped & guaranteed for the first 4 months)
What you'll do:
- Proactively reach out to an existing partner base of around 180 accounts across the territory.
- Understand the needs of our estate agent partners, identify growth opportunities, and present tailored solutions through phone and video calls (MS Teams).
- Interpret and share partners’ performance data through engaging storytelling to add value and demonstrate ROI.
- Meet weekly KPIs and performance metrics that align with business goals, including telephone and virtual meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
- Introduce new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to our partners.
- Identify and conduct relevant product and service training with partners to strengthen our relationships.
- Be the go-to person for answering partner queries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Keep all information updated in relevant databases and ensure CRMs are maintained accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships and deliver the best outcomes for our partners.
- Regularly share insights with colleagues and key internal stakeholders to enhance our service and product offerings.
- Plan and prepare for your partner base, including weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
