Requirements

  • Experience in appointment scheduling or reception, ideally within a medical or allied health environment
  • Polished written and verbal communication, with confidence dealing with senior executives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointment types
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Confidence using booking systems, Excel, and document management tools
  • Availability to work the following days and hours:
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: either 7am - 3pm or 9am - 5pm (40 minute lunch)

If you bring a warm phone manner, strong organisation skills, and pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.

Altius Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an inclusive workforce. Research has shown that, in Australia, women, people living with disability, LGBTQIA+, First Nations people, and those from minority groups are less likely to apply for a role because they feel they will not be successful. We believe in the strength of diversity and inclusion, and we would like to strongly encourage those who identify with any of these groups to apply for a role with us.
