Job Title: RFP Specialist
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Starting wage: $22.11 - $24.32 (wage commensurate with experience)
Skyward is hiring an RFP Specialist to join our collaborative sales team. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling, compliant RFP responses for the K-12 market. You’ll analyze requirements, write clear and persuasive content, and maintain standardized proposal materials aligned with company messaging.
What you’ll do:
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling responses to RFPs
- Review and interpret customer requirements to ensure full compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content and meet deadlines
- Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, tone, and readability
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries and standard documentation
- Ensure alignment with company messaging and branding
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure on-time submission of all materials
- Build strong knowledge of Skyward’s products and competitive differentiators
What you’ll need:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
- Creative thinking combined with analytical problem-solving
