Job Description
Are you passionate about how modern enterprises manage their global IT services and budgets? Do you want to see how IT and corporate finance merge to drive massive strategic business decisions?
As an intern in our team, you will dive into the highly strategic world of Enterprise Service Management and IT Financial Management (ITFM). You will help us configure, optimize, and maintain Valuemation, the core platform that Bosch Digital uses globally to plan, control, and charge costs of its vast IT portfolio.
Your Tasks:
- Support IT Service Portfolio Management: Helping design and align our global Service Catalog structures (mapping technical IT resources to commercial business variants), ensuring financial clarity and transparency for internal customer billing.
- Optimize Budget-to-Perform (B2P) & Financial Processes: Support configuring cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows in Valuemation, helping global controlling teams manage IT spend effectively.
- Gather Business & Financial Requirements: Collaborating closely with IT controllers, portfolio managers, and global stakeholders to help understand their operational pain points and translate them into functional Valuemation configurations.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participating in an agile development team (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product reviews), utilizing Jira and Confluence to track progress and share project documentation.

We do not expect you to be an expert on day one! We are looking for curious minds with a strong analytical foundation who are eager to learn and grow in a global corporate environment.
Profile:
- Active Student Status: Ongoing studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in fields like Business Process Automation, Business Informatics, Finance & Controlling, Management, Computer Science, or related areas.
- Analytical & Financial Mindset: A strong logical approach to problem-solving, with an interest in mapping workflows and analyzing data relationships (excellent MS Excel skills are a huge plus).
- Academic Tech Basics: Basic understanding of database structures, relational queries (basic SQL), or basic programming logic/scripting (e.g., Python).
- Interest in Agile Lifecycles: Familiarity with or strong desire to learn modern software delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
- Communication & Languages: Structured, responsible, and capable of collaborating in a team. Strong communication skills in both Polish and English are required for our daily global collaboration.
Nice to Have (Great advantages, but we will teach you!):
- Academic exposure to Java or PL/SQL.
- Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks or IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
