Job Description
We're looking for an energized and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to join our dynamic leadership team in Udaipur, India. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive operational excellence across our Front Office and outsourced services, including Housekeeping and Security. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while continuously innovating to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize RevPar and maximize room revenue performance
- Oversee night audit functions and ensure accurate day-to-day balancing of all hotel operations, including F&B reconciliation
- Champion brand standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service excellence across all guest rooms and public areas through implementing systems, procedures, and leading by example
- Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational data to identify trends and provide comprehensive reporting to senior management
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and mutual support
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines across all rooms division operations
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate transparently with all departments to align on organizational goals
Qualifications
**Experience:**
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality operations
- Minimum 2 years in a Rooms Division leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing Front Office and housekeeping operations
**Required Skills & Competencies:**
- Proficiency with rooms management systems and property management software (PMS platforms such as Hub OS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical, process-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management and RevPar optimization
- Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Conflict resolution and staff scheduling capabilities
- Knowledge of hotel standards, brand guidelines, and quality assurance protocols

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
