Security Site Supervisor (FTC)

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Support the recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of Security Officers to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective security service.
• Maintain all security-related documentation, records, logs, reports and administrative processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, professionally and within required timescales.
• Manage and oversee visitor management processes, ensuring all site access and egress procedures are followed in accordance with company requirements.
• Monitor and support the performance of Security Officers, ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Assignment Instructions and site procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with the Contract Security Manager, providing updates on operational performance, incidents, service delivery and emerging issues.
• Report all operational concerns, security risks, equipment issues, welfare matters and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to the Contract Security Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence & Full First Aid.
• Driving Licence.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good working knowledge of security operations and security systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstance and events.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
