We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fixed asset processes, while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.

• Checks the accuracy of fixed asset invoices in accordance with current legislation;
• Monitors supplier account balances and resolves any issues related to payment deadlines;
• Register advance and guarantee invoices for construction suppliers;
•  Periodically inventories and labels fixed assets and records the inventory results in the accounting;
• Checks investment budgets and informs the departments concerned when they exceed the limit set in the procedure;
• Verify the records / reconciliations related to the accounting of fixed assets recorded by the Share Service Center (SSC) and provide support;
• Prepares or reviews monthly trial balances for accounts related to class 2, as well as guarantee accounts, financial leasing, prepaid expenses, the composition of the Fixed Asset Suppliers account, etc.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in general accounting;
• Experience in fixed asset accounting and management;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
