Team Manager Business Operations
Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting a Team Manager to join the Business Operations Team at our Ashford office, on a full-time basis. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of coordinators to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of escalation for the team.
- Provide administrative support, data delivery, and account management.
- Process improvement by assessing workflows to identify areas for simplification. Streamline procedures and implement best practices.
- Attend and represent the department at business and customer meetings.
- Generate and evaluate regular and on-demand reports for business and customer-related data, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and CMPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies by managing all HR processes.
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
- Create training and induction plans to facilitate employee development.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- IT literacy in SAP BW Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
