We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive DevOps transformation, CI/CD automation, cloud adoption, and platform engineering initiatives across enterprise applications.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide DevOps transformation initiatives.

Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

Drive DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native practices.

Monitor and improve DevOps KPIs (Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, etc.).

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Platform teams.

Mentor teams and manage DevOps vendors/partners.

Ensure reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

### Required Skills

10+ years of DevOps/Software Engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.

Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.

Experience with SDLC, Release Management, DevSecOps, SAP, and Salesforce integrations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
