Job Description
- JOB PURPOSE
An Airport Services Executive is to meet and provide assistance to Hotel guests upon arrival and departure at the airport and generate additional room business at every given opportunity. He/ she is to ensure adherence to all standard policies and procedures as set by Accor.
- EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT
- Coordinate and assist transportation requirements of guest
- Treat all guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times
- Give complete cooperation to any client or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner
- Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide a personalized service
- Ensure a paging board is displayed to identify the guests arriving at the airport
- Ensure that you are having the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movement
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the Immigration Authorities and Airline Personnel at the airport
- Be aware of the local driving regulations and abide by them, be aware of the parking areas.
- Liaise closely with the Airport Manager and Concierge Manager in order to coordinate guest transportation.
- KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
- Must liaise with the hotel concierge and duty manager to ensure optimum utilization of the hotel car. fleet and maximize on revenue generation through local run.
- Must watch out for opportunities for additional hotel revenue through lay over / walk in/ missed flight guests etc.
- Must be aware of cost implications of car usage/ departmental budget and target revenue.
Operational
- Handling guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange transportation.
- Assist with guest luggage as and when required.
- Give all hotel facilities information to the guest and assists them in to the car.
- Assist guests with checking in on flights/ seat allocation / issuance of boarding pass
- Be aware of physically challenged guest requirements
- Inform duty manager, concierge or guest relation officers when VIP on their way to the hotel.
- Stand by at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival.
- Any changes on arrival and departure flight must be reported to Front Office manager and chief concierge.
- Responsible for good service and maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport and most of all, maintain a spirit of team work among the hotel’s personnel. Submit names and arrival flight numbers to meeting service staff.
- Ensures the highest standard of professionalism and grooming of himself at all times
- Must follow the working schedule properly. Any changes to be reported and approved by concierge manager and airport manager

Qualifications
- Diploma / degree in hospitality and hotel administration.
- 2 years of experience as an airport representative with a leading hotel chain.
- Should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
